My husband is wanting to buy me a stationary bike. Which one is better the regular one where you sit up right or the Recumbent? We are looking at the Pro Form models, but I want the one that will give me the best workout, and not take up a ton of space. Thanks!!!
Personally, I enjoy the recumbent bike alot more than the standard bike...I find I can get a better workout, without straining my back, leaning forward.
I feel like I get more of a workout on the standard bike, but I can go a lot longer on the recumbent. I bit the bullet and bought a standard one, and I like it a lot (although I don't use it as often as I should!).
Which type of bike would you get?
