Lunch: Lean Cuisine Steak Tips Portabello
Dinner: not sure yet but probably a very big salad from the neighborhood bar
Snack: water?
Kathy, I take the fact that you'll have salad for dinner and water for snack that this is a low day on the Wendie plan? How do you do it? I'm a big whiner when I'm hungry.
b: oatmeal with pumpkin & applesauce (trying a new recipe - it's kind of strange), banana & milk

It's a 1350 day, which is so-so. Having that big 1900 day helped because I was down a pound yesterday. I guess I loaded my body up and it kicked into super-burn mode, but then I switched to lower carb foods, mostly Core, for yesterday and fooled it. It was still burning but I wasn't still eating big so I got some of my stored fat burned.
