Breakfast: slice of raisin bread with peanut butter: 200
Lunch: 1/2 cup pasta with shrimp, green chile, and alfredo sauce: 300
Snack: 1 apple: 90?
I think I'll have some popcorn for snack!
I did NOT have popcorn for a snack! But I did have salad with beef, beans, cheese, salsa, guac, sour cream (just a little) for dinner and 4 cookies. Even if that would up being 1000 calories, I am still okay for the day.
Exercise: 20 minutes step aerobics and 40 minute abs from Yourself!Fitness (X-box). Yesterday I did upper body strength focus and my pecs are quite sore. I imagine my abs will be in serious pain tomorrow.
