Default Feeling the effects of yesterday's work-out

My chest and arms are sore today...lastnight my legs were sore but they are fine today.

Not working out today, but will again tomorrow morning after I bring Christian to daycare(which is the same place as where I work out, how convenient).

Jen, your doing great. I gradually had to work up to my walks. A few blocks at a time so I wouldn't get so sore. They say no pain no gain, right?

Yeah but the good thing is the more you work out the less sore you become. However, if you workout for awhile and then stop for say a week and go back to working out...ow, ow, ow. (great motivator to just keep doing it)

I love being sore, it is actually my motivation for working hard because I know that if I am sore then I am doing it right. Although lately I have been super sore because I was exercising off and on for the last month. Keep up the good work.
