Default January Weigh In

Hi all! Time to book your seat at your slimming class, they'll be bulging with fellow Chicks wanting the new plans, shops will be full of weight loss products and magazines will be bulging with weight loss programmes.
Personally speaking, I've been helped along this Christmas by a horrendous recurring cold, stress caused by an unhappy 'upgraded' computer (hopefully now happy) and the appearance of a camcorder. The last has horrified me, and I can no longer ignore the chins or pudding face, although clothes are starting to fit me better now.
Hoping to get down to 12.5 stone by easter, and 12 for my birthday in July. Any other targets out there?

Hey tai, join our "Valentine's day challenge"!!!

I've foolishly said I'll try and be 11st 1lb by then!!! It's less than 7 weeks away I'm hoping to be 11st 10lb which is "NORMAL" on BMI scale so I might just settle for that!

I still haven't checked the scales again after Christmas, my stomach still feels bloated!!

Hi

Well yes I will be at slimming class tomorrow - probably be 300 of us waiting to get weighed!

I've decided to make a firm commitment to WW. Switching between a)no diet at all b) WW c) SW has done me no favours and I've gained back the stone plus that I had lost this time last year with WW.

I am not sure what I will weigh tomorrow - although I do know for sure that I am the fattest and heaviest I have ever been. Totally disgusted with myself for getting my weight down a fair bit and doing so well, and then gaining it all back and some more.

I will update with my weight tomorrow.

Good luck to us all !!

Default Bloody January!

Oh, the joys of life are endless......Have suffered less than most around us (Carlisle), 30 hours without power, and the centre of town unbelievable. With the power off, the shops had to let people in one at a time and usher them around with candles. Younger son was delighted that school was closed, but big brother had to go in for an A level exam. Trying to return to normal in all sorts of ways, suffering still from horrible cold bug that struck Xmas eve (as was older son, poor pet!). Shall hopefully be weighing in tomorrow if the meeting is on. Expect to see a little gain, and no wonder!!!!!
Roll on February.
