Hi,I just joined this board.I have been reading posts for a few days.I just joined ww-AGAIN,this past sunday.I started a workout routine with a donated manual treadmill.Are they sufficient enough,it seems like electronic treadmills dominate-Is there a real big difference in terms of the end results?I can just get 3.5 minutes done at asteady pace,but I feel it when I'm done!!!Hopefully , with persistence I can get my numbers up!!Looking forward to conversing with people from my world!!!!

Hi luca I have a manual but it is sitting very unused. I have been thinking of reserecting it. I really need to get the exercise thing going. I did find when I was at the gym I did like the stairmaster better. I think this is a good idea. I will try to get it going. it will not be untill the end of the weekend before i can even think about giving it some life.
