Hi,I just joined this board.I have been reading posts for a few days.I just joined ww-AGAIN,this past sunday.I started a workout routine with a donated manual treadmill.Are they sufficient enough,it seems like electronic treadmills dominate-Is there a real big difference in terms of the end results?I can just get 3.5 minutes done at asteady pace,but I feel it when I'm done!!!Hopefully , with persistence I can get my numbers up!!Looking forward to conversing with people from my world!!!!
