I'm with you Kathy, I was wondering what happened to the menus this morning! Not only does it give me ideas in a rut, but it also helps keep me accoutable and on program.
B: CORE corn muffin, skim milk and banana
L: Tomato soup and corn muffin
S: Apple & maybe hot chicken broth (great filler, especially on a cold day)
D: Stacked "taco" salad (FF refried beans, lettuce, 1/4 avocado, salsa, extra lean beef patty, 2% cheese and FF sour cream) - 1 pt. for cheese; sauteed green beans w/EVOO
S: Crustless pumpkin pie w/FF whipped topping
