Bkfst
3 Pancakes (made w/Atkins bakery Mix) w/Carb Free Syrup & butter :4.5 carbs
Snack
1 Dill Pickle, 1 oz of Cheddar, 2 slices of Smoked Deli Chicken dipped in Miracle Whip :3 carbs
Lunch
Salad W/1oz shredded mozzarella, 1/4 cucumber, & Carb Free Dressing: 2 carbs
Snack
Smoked Sausage w/Carb Ketchup: 5 carbs
Dinner
Angus Steak W/Carb Steak Sauce, 2 scrambled eggs, & 1 cup broccoli w/1 oz melted cheddar : 4 carbs
Total Carbs:20 grams
Drank 64 oz water, 1 can Diet Rite Soda (1 carb gram due to Splenda)
I also take these supplements: 1 carb multi, 6 fiber, 4 Essential Fatty Acids
Exercised today for 50 minutes.

Salad w/no carb dressing, 1 oz shredded mozzarella on top, & 1/4 cucumber

1 piece of bologna w/1 oz sliced cheese & 1 serving of smoked sausage

Herbed Chicken (marinated beforehand in chicken broth-always makes it tender & juicy) w/1 cup steamed broccoli, & carb ketchup Carbs:5
Dessert:1 serving Carb Ice Cream Carbs:5
Total Carbs:20

Snack
Deli Chicken w/1oz sliced cheese w/2 oz cheddar = 2 carbs
Lunch
Salad same as yesterday = 2 carbs
Snack
1 cup carb ice cream =8 carbs
Dinner
Left over herbed chicken from yesterday =0 carbs
Total Carbs =16
Water intake =64 oz
Other = 1 can diet rite =1 carb & 1 cup of coffee w/2 splendas =2 carbs
Supplements:6 fiber, 4 E.F.A., 1 carb multi
