6/12 (sorry english date format...)
Pump class - 9kg warm up, 22kg squats, 12 kg chest, 14kg back, 9kg triceps, 10 kg biceps, 10kg lunges, 5kg shoulders (i am pitifully weak through here) and lots of abs, with legs off the floor and hands out behind my head..
going to try circuit tonight with a friend from work. should be good, it's too hot to run for 40 mins on the tread mill...
