Gone for the weekend, but back home again so will start journaling again.
monday 11/15
exercise
45 mn weights
1 hour tennis
breakfast
oatmeal = 2
sugar = .5
hb egg = 2
snack
banana = 2
lunch
salad = 0
w. chicken, cheese = 4
lf parm = 1
bread = 2
cheese = 4
dinner
lean cuisine = 6
snack
popcorn = 5
daily total = 28.5
over 4.5

Spinach, tomato, mushroom salad with a grilled chicken breast and salsa for dressing: 150?
Another biscotti 150
I am going to have to contemplate dinner very carefully.

Midwife - it doesn't seem like you'd have to be too careful with dinner; you'd only had 600 calories!

You're right about that! It felt very indulgent to have 2 biscotti, though!
