Hey everyone!

My menu for today (Induction level)

B: 20 oz mug decaf w/ 1/2 & 1/2 (2 tbsp) and splenda (1 packet).
2 scrambled eggs with just a dab of melted cheese.
L: tuna salad on a bed of greens, touch of homemade ranch dressing.
D: grilled hamburger patty & green beans

Snacks (if needed): SF jello, turkey and cheese roll up.

Water: Ainming for 100 oz today.
