1 hour tennis

breakfast
oatmeal = 2
sugar = .5
berries = .5
hb egg = 2

Lunch
McDonalds! = 12 (I never eat fast food, but had a very unusual day)

late afternoon (mcdonald's left me hungry)
salad = 3
lf parm = 1
hot choc = 3

dinner
pasta = 4
ice cream = 5

daily total = 33
flex balance = 35-9=24

pumpkin bread = 4

2 hot dogs = 8
2 buns = 2
2 smores = 10

daily total = 34
flex balance = 24-10=14

flex balance = 14-11.5=2.5
