Help! Friends have asked us out tonight for Chinese. I am very new to the 123 plan. What can I eat? I have already had 7 points and I only have 13 more to go! Help!!!!!!!

Oh yea--what about Mexican food too? We eat out a lot there!

One more thing---anybody know how many points is in a Jolly Rancher piece of hard candy?

I just went to the Tony Gott site. It is great. Very helpful, as I love to eat out.
