First Week On SBD Results
Hiya, I've just started on SBD and today was my sixth day. I don't have a scale at home (because I would get too obsessive about weighing myself!) so I weighed at work today. I've lost 6lbs! WooHoo!! That was even with exercising only once due to a knee injury and not drinking nearly enough water.
I found a ton of great info and recipes on this site. I tried the "Joe's Special" and the "Zucchini Puffs" recipes and they are definite keepers. The best one yet, though, is the "PB Cup." I have a feeling that is going to be my saving grace throughout this diet (I'm a chocoholic!).
I think next week I will focus more on water and try to do Pilates at least 3x.
I'm looking forward to week two of Phase I.
Thank you to everyone who posted all the food info and recipes. They definitely helped make my first week easier!
