Aww shucks Cat that's really cheered me up after the worst day EVER (see Sept)!! And I've only succumbed to eating an extra french fancy and a few nibbles at work for someone's leaving do! Yay!

Exercise today 0 miles 0 lunges 0 squats 0 press ups.... you get the picture

ok ok so the gym was out this week ........AGAIN.......... hmph
but ive decided as the kids are off school next week ill use this instrument of tortur that the mortgage payer bought!!
cant remember the proper name for it (i call it a delapidator) its something like epilitical trainer i think, but im starting tomorrow, i just dont know how long to aim for on it for the first time! anyone have any ideas?

Tootoot, just see how long feels like a 'workout' - then try and do longer next time or at a higher intensity!

Toot just keep going until you're knackered and can't do anymore its no good us saying 20mins or whatever because we don't know your fitness level just do what you can and like frus said add a little more as you get stronger
