I like the breakfast but not sure about the white chocolate
not tried those yet but i'm craving chocolate big time tonight and there is none in the house
so that should save me unless I get desperate and eat a Little Debbie Peanut Butter Wafer
not bad but not as good as Kit Kats
Today I've had:
Brekky: 30g Frosted Flakes/125ml skimmed milk
Lunch: 100g Ham, 100g Oven Chips.
2sl of W.W. Bread.
Jello Cheesecake dessert.
Dinner: 3ozs of Beef with Onion on a Sesame Seed Bun
Jello and Coolwhip.
Evening: 2 Bacardi Limons and Diet Sprite.
Bedtime: Cup Of Low Cal Hot Choc
Cals: 1300
Fat: 29g
