Hi Heavensbug

You know the granary bread you have as HE? Which one is it? Just wondering as I have steered clear from Granary bread as didn't think it one of the HE.

Have I missed one?

Hi Kelly! It's one at the sandwhich bar at work ~ not on the Slimming World list so what I do is count it as all of my B Healthy Options. Do you think that's okay?

Heavensbug - ah I see!

Well chick - it's working for you so of course it is fine. If you stop losing it may be something to look at - but for now you are doing great eating it - continue!

Not sure if you are being a bit harsh on yourself though ? You may be able to count it as one HE and get away with it - but its up to you

oooh Nutella! I bought a jar to make a cheesecake - but I couldn't stop eating just tablespoons of nutella! (4 syns) so i chucked it away!

I LOVE it!

Get well soon Veggie!
