Default Anybody tried the No S diet?

Some people on another forum I visit were talking about a site called the no S diet. Pretty cute, and quite simple and straightforward. Common sense really. I think it's NoSdiet.com.

It is simply 14 words to remember for 'rules':

No Sweets
No Snacks
No Seconds
Except (sometimes) on days beginning with an S.

He says 3 meals a day, have SOME snacks , sweets, and seconds on the weekends, and on special dasy. He says special days are your birthday and the b-days of people close to you, and any national and religious holidays you recognize and celebrate----NOT your second cousin's hamster's birthday! But otherwise have a normal meal--as much as will keep you satisfied till the next mealtime.

Have to say, this is pretty much how my mom eats. So---normal and moderate. Mom doesn't boredom eat, or emotional eat, or stress eat. And she has alwasy done exercise she likes. Never been fat. I SO envy her ability to be moderate. She doesn't even think about it!
Anyway, this 'diet' reminds me of her. Visit the site--it's cute!

Had to laugh at the title: I thought it met no sh*t diet!!! Anyway, I have never been to the website, but I once didn't eat chocolate or any form of junk food for 14 weeks. It didn't have to work I was a kid and thin. I like my snacks. They are part of my meal planning for the day and I always try to have really good ones like ypgurt, cheese, or maybe a few nuts.

Sandi-I thought the same thing!!!!!

Chervata-I am trying to stay away from the sweets (borderline blood sugar), but I find I do better with more, smaller meals. AND, the way I am I'd probably be CREATING holidays that I need to celebrate on a daily basis!!!!
