Kally
On week 3 (next week for most members) when you get your book on activity Page 14 does "suggest" this:

"Limit the points value of your activity to no more than 4 per day.
If you are ready to earn more it suggest consulting a personal trainer or exercise physiologist to help prevent injury."

Your initial goal should be to earn 7-14 per week working up to an ultimate of 21-28 per week.

Sometimes people tend to be overactive in order to eat more and they say that isnt healthy.

This info comes directly from WW material and I hope it answers your question.

Bravo that you are exercising!

CIN that is a good explaination but may I add what my leader (who like you is great)?

She said unless you are under the guidance of a fitness professional and/or medical doctor to limit it ot an average of 4 a day so you don't get hurt, or over exercise to over eat or to compensate for over eating.

We have many in our meeting that earn (training for marathons, etc) in excess of 10 or more a day but they are using some logic and only eating about 1/2 of what they earn.
