Yes, green olives are on core. I don't know about black olives though, will have to check!

I was really excited when I saw that olives were Core. Honestly I think that's what won me over I just love the green ones--satisfy my need for the salty/sour tatse I guess--not that I won't eat my share of the black one also!
I have to be careful I don't overdo when eating them.

I dreamed of olives last night. A woman told me that you have to nibble the flesh off the olive and not pop the whole thing in your mouth as the acids in the juice will give you indigestion. (this is in the dream) weird, eh? lol

Would Olive not also give you the healthy oils that we also need?
