Everybody's gone tonight and I'm home alone. I was cleaning up the kitchen and noticed we had some "dead" bananas, so I thought I'd make banana bread!
It smelled so goooood! I took it out of the oven, all nice and warm ... and then walked away from it. As much as I'd like to sit down with a gallon of milk and eat the whole darn thing (because face it, who would know???), I didn't.
That is great!!! I find myself cooking for my family and I have gotten better at cooking and it smells so wonderful, but I know that I can only have small portions and I have gotten better at it. I use to pile my plate so high. I am happy for you. Continue to be strong minded. Banana nut bread and not eating any of it. YOU ARE INDEED STRONG!!!
Bindy, that is a great NSV!!! (non-scale victory) that is my favorite kind of bread so it would be hard to turn down, especially hot and fresh from the oven... mmm... getting my stomach going now, lol... congrats!!! You are doing great!!
