Lisa: Furit is unlimited. I don't think you ate too much. I had fruit twice today myself. I have found the high fiber in fruit equals things out!

B: FF yogurt with fruit salad (yummy--thought I needed a break from my cereal and didn't want that big carton of yogurt to spoil)
S: boiled egg, apple, tomato
L: tomato (whole) soup/ff grilled cheese sandwich (1 pt. for bread)/milk
S: popcorn
D: beef tips w/gravy (1pt.)/salad/corn on cob/milk

Finally finished that Sunday roast off tonight.

Thanks!

I was starting to worry..you know my head is still in the Flex world, until I can wrap it around this plan! I still think, oh my 2 pts. for a slice of melon...should I go for it?

but you know, I think all the fruit and veg are keeping me regular I hate to say that, but it is true. I don't think when I was doing flex that I was because I would hord my points for junk, so I could still eat it!

this is way better, because I am eatting healthier!

Again thanks for the "ok" on fruit
