First go to the members site link

Click my journey to set/update your details.

Click set personal achievement target to set target

Click online tools to check if something is free/healthy/syn

Green plan -

free food - all veg, fruit, potatoes, pasta, rice, fry light, muller yoghurts and most low fat ones etc.

healthy extras - 2 portions of milk or cheese and 2 portions of bread or cereal or cheese etc a day

syns - up to 15 syns a day

I dunno about meat as I don't eat it but red day is for when you eat lots of meat and count potatoes etc as healthy extras/syns.

Default What do you need to know about the site?

I notice that it has been a week since your mail, so hope that you have been asked to update your weight now, so the site may be a bit clearer. I must admit to feeling quite left in the dark by the website, I had to struggle to get info out of it. The only way that they will improve is if we tell them what we think! There is a "contact us" link, but replies take a couple of days.

I find the lack of a forum so frustrating! I WANT to talk to other Slimming World members. I don't want to keep reading the same stuff on a website!

Hope you are doing well, as I do rate the diet!

They don't think they helpful?!

I think I will email them too! Just to show you weren't the only one who thinks forum would be good! Maybe we should have a MASS email SW day where we all bombard them! hehe!

I know! The 'forums are bad' thing is just stupid.

I like the idea of a mass protest!
