Here's another one that I need help with...
I go to Bally's gym, and at the Pro Shop they have a smoothie that I'm just addicted to. Basically it's a combination of 1/2 a banana, a few teaspoons of blueberries, a cup of cranberry juice, a scoop of protein powder, and a cup of ice.
My question is, would the shot of protein powder throw off my calculations for points, or should I just forget about it and go by the fruit that's added?
