Lunch:
peach - 50
grilled chicken - 130
salad - 150
cf diet coke - 0

Supper:
yogurt - 200
milk - 200

Water: 64 oz

Total calories: 1080

50 situps and 15 double leg lifts

aUgUsT mIlEs = 24

Water: 72 oz

Hey Cathy
Long time no see huh?? Sorry...I wont lie...I just quit I lost 10 pounds on south beach and then just went off the deep end and gained every pound I lost back So I am back to keep myself accountable if you will have me

Breakfast- 1 slice WW bread and 1 tbls peanut butter

snack- wheat grass and fruit smoothie ( actually good )

lunch- romaine salad with a little cheese and light italian dressing

snack- handful of dried fruit and a few baby tomaotoes

supper- okra, squash, peas, and maybe some beans??

snack- watermelon, and maybe a banana

actually trying vegan for awhile even if I cant stay on it...It cant hurt to detox from all the animal fat I have eaten

Hey Cathy

Glad to be back as well I need this SO badly too and if I dont do it I just eat anything and everything

So here is todays!!!

Breakfast- 1 egg and 1 slice toast and 1 garlic clove

snack- wheat grass and fruit juice
a vitamin C drink ( only 14 calories)

lunch- salad with olive oil and ff italian dressing, navy beans

snack- grapes and watermelon

supper- homeade bean burritos with salsa

snack- dried fruit and maybe some watermelon or a banana

Its called Emer'gen-C I got it at the health food store here in town, it has 1,000 mg viyamin C and 32 mineral complexes and electrolytes It is really great and I felt better 15 minutes after I took it

Ok so with the exception of eggs and a small amount of dairy I have swithched to mainly meatless dishes and so far so good on how I feel.....the scale is not budging at all but I feel great

Breakfast- 2 eggs and a slice of WW toast

lunch- baked potatoe with sour cream and chives from wendys

snack- fresh sliced peaches???
vitamin C packet

supper- beans burrito and a small salad with tomatoe and olives and ff italian dressing

snack= pinapple, and maybe watermelon
