Talking Starting SB the day after tomorrow
Hi guys,
I have just posted my Bio, so I wont repeat it all here.
I am switching from Atkins to SB. I only completed the Atkins 2 week induction, and fell off the wagon ... that was nearly 2 weeks ago.... and I will be starting SB the day after tomorrow.
I have a LOT of weight to loose, and are very happy to have finally found a plan I will be able to stick with
I lost 16lbs on Atkins induction, and put on just over 4 pounds , during my 2 weeks of eating rubbish.
I have the book, have this forum, so here I go!

Thanks guys

I can`t wait to get started.................. My body is SCREAMING for decent food.

I just LOVE the fact that we can have loads of vegies.......... prefer them to bacon in quiche etc.....

And the non fatty meat cuts makes more sense than the fatty greasy diet I was on previously.... ( loads of fat, oils, butter & cream).

This IS going to be my new WOL



OK...... I`m a bit over-excited I have found SB... LOL

Welcome to the Beach! This is such a great way of eating. The recipes are great and the posts in the Frequently Asked Questions are great.
