Hi ladies! I've been gone for a few months - most of you probably don't even remember me, but I'm back. I got really busy at work - finally got that research job I was hoping for

I've lost a bit more weight, slow and steady, but my exercise is lagging a bit with my new schedule. Other than that I'm great, PCOS is under control and I'm feeling wonderful. Only 40 more pounds to go! And I'm under 200 lbs for the first time in 4 or so years.

But enough about me - how is everyone doing? I've missed "talking" with you - hopefully I can catch up on reading some posts and get back into the swing of things. Hope all is well
