Default Slimming World Handbook

Does anyone know where I can get a Slimming world handbook without attending a class?

I have one but it's years old and the Healthy Options have changed since then!

Cheer guys!

Ebay's your best bet, but beware, it's often cheaper to attend the first class and pay membership than it is to buy just the book it's self!!!

Cheers Mysticvix ~ have had a lok at they seem to go for a minimum of £10. How much is a 1st class?

I might see if my step mum can pick me one up as she's just started going again!

You might find that your mum can't get one for you as I have noticed that when people ask for a new one, they have to hand in their old one - probably because of the ebay thing.

Mine is falling apart too and this seems quite common. I carry mine everywhere with me.

My Mam kept her old one I think the consultant wanted it back but she was like 'oh no, I have important things I've written in the notes'

Well I went and have survived although I did chicken out and just get by book, weigh and leave!

Although I have now got a problem ~ I bought some of the choc orange hi-fi bars. All I can say is YUM!

Do they only sell these at Slimming World meetings? I know the answer is going to be yes

Doh my consultant ran out of choc Orange ones too!!
What to do what to do!? Had to resort to buying cherry and toffee ones - which is like comparing ryvita to a choc digestive now i have tried the choc orange ones!

<saying that - still managed to eat FOUR of them after class!...but hey thats what weigh in night is for! >

So Heavensbug - you did the hardest part - actually going, shame you didn't stay. You may have become obsessed like I am

Are you going again? Go on, go on go on go on

I think you've hit the nail on the head ~ I felt like a spare part there on my own so I just snuck out!

Brownie cereal bars ~ they sound nice! How many sins? OR can they be used as a Healthy extra?
