Morning all,

I am sore from running yesterday. I am doing WT today so that should go allright. I am doing back and biceps.

Anyway, it's been so quiet here I am hoping it starts to pick up again as fall approaches! You guys are so great for support! My BBC goal looks like it's reachable though we shall see, I just have to keep at it like I have been!
