Smile Newbie
Hi I am Shawla (20) married to Matthew for 2 years, and SAHM to our 7 month old son, Carson Matthew. We reside in Atlanta Georgia. I want to lose atleast 40+ pounds, I now weight 170. I started diet(counting calories "1,200 per day", watching fat, carbs, and portions) and exercise (everday) a little over a month ago, And i can tell that i have lose some inches by the way my clothes feel but I have yet to weight myself. Anyway, Can't wait to get to know everyone!

My name is Lori and I'm a SAHM to 2 children. I've been married for 4 years and I'm currently doing WW online. I've loss 12 lbs since starting almost 2 months ago.

Hi Shawla,
I'm new too. I'm Monica. I'm 23 and I live in Springfield, VA. Today I started my new healthy lifestyle with a healthy breakfast and a jog on my treamill. I felt pretty good when I was finished. Tomorrow I'm starting weight training.
