Smile Hi! I'm new and fat! LOL!
Hi, my name is Heidi and i'm very new at this. I'm really looking into this South Beach Diet as a recommendation from my Endocrynologist. I've gained 30+ lbs. in one year and things are getting out of control for me. It's time to make a change in my life. A big change. I weigh 279 and i'm only 30 years old. I have a little boy who will be 9 on halloween and i want to live a long life to see him grow up. I would really appreciate any suggestions and support! I'm looking for a few good friends to chit chat with and help each other.

I'm starting school in September for Medical assistant and we all have to wear those white uniforms. I'd like to be thinner. Lord knows, you can see every fat wrinkle through those see-thru pants! Oh well, I look forward to talking with some of you. Heidi
