Could someone please clarify if you added wine AND a starch or fruit back to your menu in Phase II or just one or the other anbd what were your results?

Parsp, as far as I can tell, you can start having one glass of dry, red wine each day in Phase 2, regardless of what else you add or do not add to your diet. However, in all things on SBD, you need to see how your body reacts and modify the diet accordingly.

Personally, if I was going to have wine everyday, I would try that first for a week and see what it does to your weightloss. If that doesn't affect your weightloss, then you can try adding one piece of fruit a couple times a week, etc.

Thank you, beach gal. That is just the info I needed. I think I'm like everybody else who had great success with Phase I and is terrified but excited to add a few things back.
