Parsp, as far as I can tell, you can start having one glass of dry, red wine each day in Phase 2, regardless of what else you add or do not add to your diet. However, in all things on SBD, you need to see how your body reacts and modify the diet accordingly.
Personally, if I was going to have wine everyday, I would try that first for a week and see what it does to your weightloss. If that doesn't affect your weightloss, then you can try adding one piece of fruit a couple times a week, etc.
