Howdy all! I am new here, and hope that I can jump in too
I have done WW - gained it all back
done SW - gave up half way through
Now I want to do South Beach as my sister (lives in Florida) is on it and seeing great results. I like the sound of it as it promotes a healthier versionof Atkins and after 2 weeks all fruits and veggies etc are allowed.
The problem I am having is finding *some* ingredients etc and I was wondering if anyone here is on the diet (in the UK) and would like to buddy/advise etc?
If not then I hope I can still stick around
