Smile I'm a NEWBIE
Hello everyone. I have been reading through this forum since I started on SB last Monday. I have found it very encouraging and helpful. I have found some great recipes that I cant wait to try. I thought I would finally come out of the dark and introduce myself. I am Monica from Fayetteville, Arkansas and I am 20 yrs old. I work full time time as a legal secretary and love it. I am hoping to lose 35-40 lbs toal. Adter the first week I had lost 9 so I am already getting closer. Well I really should stop rambling on about myself but I just wanted to say hello to everyone and let everyone know they are doing a terrific job. Buh-bye

Hello all!! I am new here also but I've been lurking and decided to jump in. I'm starting the plan tomorrow for the second time. I tried it several months ago (and Atkins a couple of times) and I do well for the first couple of weeks and then I gradually fall off. I'm not going to do that this time and am looking for some support here and for someone/someplace for me to be accountable!
