A while back somone had posted a link for an e version of the south beach diet. I tried to get on it but can't seem to anymore. Does amyone know where I can get it from? It used to be www.8g1.com???
I sent my SBD book to my sister in New York (I'm in Seattle) and had bookmarked the ediet book. My cholesterol is over 300 and my triglyceridess are 835. I need to get motivated again and thought I should do SB with WW. Can anyone please email me the ediet book again? thanks in advance.
Sorry. I don't have the ediet version. There is lots of information in this FAQ Forum, including a sticky on WW and SBD. here have been a few revisions to the allowed food list since the book came out so the list in here is the best to follow.
