Several food questions
Hi Everyone,
Last week of vacation. I feel very good about my focus on SB this summer and working out, kicking caffeine and reading Anna Karenina.
1) My mother-in-law made for me mock chopped liver from string beans, walnuts, onion and canola oil. Is this a legitimate snack on lettuce leaves? I just have to be sure not to eat too much. I guess 2 T. is it.
2) I had Blackened Sea Bass last night. I bought the spice today. Had to find one without sugar. Do I just sprinkle on fish and bake? Do I use anything else. I probably know to use lemon, but anything else?
3) I also had sugar free cheese cake. (We, obviously, were at a restaurant.) This was fabulous. I won't seek it, but was it legal?
What a great meal with my one glass of wine of the week. YUM!
