Hey guys!
Weighed in this morning at 161.0..up a pound from last week
But considering how horrible a week this was diet-wise, I guess i should be happy i have basically maintained. i will do a much better job next week, and want to be down to 159....i did learn some things though from other posts and myself...
1) dieting is a change in lifestyle...and this means all the time!!!
2) thinking before i eat = key
3) STAY POSITIVE
4) whatever i eat will never make me happier than seeing a pound less on my scale
