Default Weekly Weigh-in 8/1-8/7

Weighed in this morning at 176.5! So down 2.5 lbs and really starting to think that I could make it to the 160s by wedding day! Oh, plus I calculated that that puts me at a loss of 30% of my original body weight. Whoa! I've lost nearly a third of myself!

Wow!!! Great Job Jenicra!!!! When is your actual wedding date? Keep up the good work and I'm sure you can make your wedding goal!!

I'm down 2 lbs this week to 156.5!! I thought my Labor Day Goal was a bit of a stretch but now I have about 5 weeks to lose 6.5lbs, I think I can do it!!

Hmm... I think the stress is getting to me. I've dropped to 144.5. I would imagine this is because of my lack of appetite.. cause I am certainly not getting a ton of exercise. Oh well.

Hey guys!
Weighed in this morning at 161.0..up a pound from last week
But considering how horrible a week this was diet-wise, I guess i should be happy i have basically maintained. i will do a much better job next week, and want to be down to 159....i did learn some things though from other posts and myself...
1) dieting is a change in lifestyle...and this means all the time!!!
2) thinking before i eat = key
3) STAY POSITIVE
4) whatever i eat will never make me happier than seeing a pound less on my scale

good luck to everyone, and i hope yall have great weekends! i'm off to LA to see my boyfriend! wooo!

i didn't lose any weight this week... which is sort of odd to me since i was OP and worked out. but that's alright, my body is getting used to working out again and whatnot and it's only my third week.

i also think i may need a new scale... it's not a digital, so i can't really see the number that well (i'm near sighted, lol), and i can't really judge to the half pound.

Megan- I'm sure you'll post a loss next week. You're being so good by staying OP and exercising. Its probably just water weight you're holding on to!!
