Thanks Christian! guess what? today it is 5 lbs! I don't think I have ever lost 5 lbs in one week in my life!

Hey - I noticed you started SB on July 1....was wondering if you have been able to lose anything since starting SB?

chicken & melted cheese
in a tortilla (quesadilla) - 350

Exercise: 30 minute 2 mile WATP w/3lb weights
July = 18 miles
Strength = 2

Water: 104 oz

Total Calories: 970

Scale: 204 (-5)
