Smile New to SBD Question about vitamins

Are there any vitamins we should not take. Should I get those new low carb vitamins or just stick with my regular multi vitamin.

I remember we had a discussion on this within the last couple of weeks. If I remember correctly, the low carb vitamins are more for people on Atkins. A regular multivitamin is all I take. If I'm wrong, someone please correct me.

Barb is right. Stick with the regular multi-vitamin.

SKHerb, I personally believe that a multi vitamin does not give you enough of the vitamins that you need daily. I take each one seperately...a pain and it's expensive, but I believe it is worth it. As a woman, you might want to add more folic acid and perhaps more calcium if you don't think you are getting enough. But don't invest in the Low Carb ones...they are not only hype, I think, but they are necessary for us...we are eating lots of veggies and fiber and fruit.
