SKHerb, I personally believe that a multi vitamin does not give you enough of the vitamins that you need daily. I take each one seperately...a pain and it's expensive, but I believe it is worth it. As a woman, you might want to add more folic acid and perhaps more calcium if you don't think you are getting enough. But don't invest in the Low Carb ones...they are not only hype, I think, but they are necessary for us...we are eating lots of veggies and fiber and fruit.
