Well poop!

I have gained 2lbs but I am sure it is due to TOM.

I talked to my WW leader about plateaus tonight and we set my WW goal weight of 158lbs. I would like to be a little lower but this seems to be a good maintenace weight for me so

I am 6lbs away from goal .....I can do it!!!

Bouncing between 163 and 162.5. If I can keep lowering my testosterone levels, it will be time to think about adding more weights. I'm doing a sort of "pyramid circuit" very fast with a lot of reps and only about 50 pounds max. If I slowed things down and added 10-15 pounds I would definitely add muscle. I could use some delts.

I'm going to try the stair-stepper for my ***. It's small enough now so I don't feel like I'm going to end up with a horse's rear, like I usually do if I work that area too much.

The waist measurement hasn't gone down, but that's kind of misleading, as I have added muscle to my back and flattened my stomach a bit, so it looks better and it's a lot more comfortable. The abs really need the most work.

well for the past 2 days the scale has said 182, so i will take it. the only thing i am not happy about is it is not from the healthiest of diet. our food budget the past two weeks has been bare bones. ever notice how cheap food is bad for you? it has been real carb heavy once a day. all i can figure is i am burning it off at work.

Yes, it sounds like it. And if you read what Juju has been writing lately, it suggests that desk jobs are bad for you anyway. But maybe it's just the heat. What exactly are you doing, Heather? Is it assembly, or or you on a "shop floor?" Just curious.
