i am in charge of the homemade ice cream tent at our churches big famile and friends fun day on july 10. everyone is really supportive of my weight loss and i would really like to be able to give them some good, low-fat ice cream choices. anyone that can help i would greatly appreciate it.

that would be great... i'm a huge ice cream fan, and could really use a substitute... does anyone out there have a recipe for homeade low fat ice cream?
