Question How regular is regular?

I have been dieting for the past 2 weeks and I have not had a bowel movement. I had been abusing laxatives for the past year, taking up to 18 full-strength pills at a time. I am afraid to take the "normal" dosage or anything that will induce a bowel movement because I am afraid that I will become addicted to them again.
I eat my 5 full servings of fresh "green" veggies and fresh fruits (apple, banana, grapes, plums, nectarine, etc.) each day. I eat whole-grain breads as well.
I am also a juvenile diabetic, therefore, eating raisins/too many plum or prunes to induce a bowel movement WILL cause problems in my blood sugar levels. Does anyone have any advice or suggestions about what I can/should do?

Call your Dr. this morning please. If you have been abusing laxatives you could be having big problems.
