Hi Wendy -

I don't subscribe, but I have heard good things about ediets. From my understanding, they essentially hold your hand through choosing the right diet for you and then following it. I didn't want to pay someone to do that.

Hey I was on ediets for 1 week, it is VERY EXPENSIVE ( The recipes they give you ) and a lot of food goes to waste. Also it is very hard to keep to this diet, it also is a different approach to atkins, using basically ALL of their supplies ( atkins bars etc.. ) IMO don't sign up.

It just seems to me that they don't do anything for you that you can't do for yourself.

I ahven't heard anything about them other than what's been stated, they are expensive and hard to follow. I wouldn't pay some one to paln my meals for me.

You know, I never know from one minute to the next what kind of food I"m in the mood for, so having some one "plan" them for me would never work, unless they wanted to cook them as well (now thats a horse of another color).
