Exercise while sitting....
Try the Body Flex program by Greer Childers. The program consists of deep breathing and stretching positions and can be done sitting, lying down or standing. I've done all three as I have degenerative arthritis and can't always do as much as I'd like. The program is extremely adaptable and, once the breathing technique is perfected, very effective in helping to lose weight and get toned and firm. I really like it a lot.
