Unhappy

I slipped a disc last year and had to have the disc removed. I am now awaiting an operation to have some residual disc removed .I have been told by the doctor not to lift and not to bend! I have put on 20lbs in weight and getting it off is proving very slow. Does anybody know any exercises that can be done sitting down?!

Default Exercise while sitting....

Try the Body Flex program by Greer Childers. The program consists of deep breathing and stretching positions and can be done sitting, lying down or standing. I've done all three as I have degenerative arthritis and can't always do as much as I'd like. The program is extremely adaptable and, once the breathing technique is perfected, very effective in helping to lose weight and get toned and firm. I really like it a lot. There is a support group on line - Body Flex Support Group - that is quite good, also. Carleen....
