Question

What is everyone serving for Easter? I need some ideas because my usual dinner of ham, cheesy hashbrown casserole, green bean casserole, and strawberry salad - jello, strawberries, bananas and pineapple, just won't cut it.

Lean ham is OK.

Green beans- My family loves fresh steamed green beans: add water to a skillet with the fresh green beans cover and steam for a few minutes. But don't over steam, it should still have its color and some crispness. Drain extra water, add two tsp light margarine, some lemon pepper seasoning to taste and some almond slivers. Continue heating for a few minutes, tossing the mixture.

Potatoes- How about a potato salad with low fat mayo?

Also, WW has an interesting strawberry pie recipe on their website that I plan to try.

Happy Easter!
