Question Your 1st Carb Added? HELP a few ???'s

Hi everyone, I was just wondering what was your first carb you added when you reintroduced carbs back? Did it work?

I know everyone is different, however - what fruit in you opinion would be the best to try first? I heard peaches? Or possibly grapefruit .. than on the ther hand I heard stay away from all citris fruit??? Anyone?

And 1 more - How long did it take for you to muster the courage?

Thnx In advance, Kirsten

Kirsten,

It took me about 6 weeks to add my first carbs fruit. And it was bluberries, raspberries, and strawberries. I put a little whipped cream with them and it worked fine for me. I didn't have them every day, but continued to exercise and the pounds continued to come off. The only thing I didn't do was I still didn't get above 20 carbs.

Hope this helps.

Kirsten, I still haven't added fruit to my list of things I eat. I'm still pretty much on basic induction. I've added some sunflower seeds in my salads. And occasionally binge on pistacchios. I'll wait until strawberries are in season this summer (should be soon) and then I'll probably add those in.
