Hi all- I am not a good Breakfast person, but know I need to have something in the morning to get me going. I have been thinking about a protien powder of some sort because I know protein in the morning is the "right" thing. But I don't know know what brand is the most beneficial?? Some have too many sugars or carbs that they off-set the good work the protein does... Any suggestions?? Any help here would be great!!
