Default Unbleached White Flour?

Well I know right now that it is horrible but my question is: is it as horrible as enriched white flour?

I think I am hoping a little to hard here. See my favorite vegan sandwich shop (the BEST avacado sandwiches) makes their own whole wheat bread and sells loaves.

I called today to ask them what was in it and they said it is mostly 100% whole wheat with grains and oats but then she added he uses a "small amount of unbleached white flour to lighten it up" Grrr

I was so hoping I had hit the jackpot because this is the best bread ever!

Oh well

Just ignore a small amount of white flour. Mostly whole grain is what counts on Phase II. Remember that a tablespoon of avocado is one serving of fat.

Thanks Ruth. Yes, the avacado sandwich was pre-sbd for me and there was--I'm sure-a whole avacado on there.

I think I will ask them how much white flour they put in it and if it really is a small amount, I will definitely get the bread. I wish I could send you all some!

If you can see the grains of wheat in these and it has a good brown color, it should be okay. Bread made entirely from whole grain is extemely dense, hence adding a little regular flour. Wish I could have one of those sandwiches ... I love avocado.
