vegetarian sbd?
I looked, but did not find a thread on vegetarians who are trying South Beach Diet... I am wondering if there is any here that is trying.
My cousin wants to start this diet and she avoids meat the best she can. She has gall bladder problems and meat seems to really set them off. I was hoping to find some info for her to get her started, but am coming up with not much.
I suppose that beans and cheese and soy products and such. A lot of those morning start and veggie burgers and such have a lot of carbs. What do you use to suppliment your diet for protein?
