Thumbs up Excited to start!!!

Today I cleaned out my fridge, did my shopping and I am ready to begin phase one. I have about 60lbs. to loose. Should I consider doing phase 1 for more than the 2 weeks suggested, or should I wait and see how things go? I am so excited to have found this sight and I know that it will be the best support I can get at this time.

Good job, Karra! I think you can determine where you want to be at the end of Phase I. See how your body feels and what the scales or tape measures show. I think it's a very healthy "diet," but in my case, slow for weight loss. Still, I like it because I don't get hungry all the time like I know I would with something like Jenny Craig. I also dislike counting calories, weighing food, etc. SBD has been challenging for me in the creativity dept. I am also learning how to cook more new items like spaghetti squash, which I now can't live without!

Good luck! It's easier doing this with support like 3FC.

Hey welcome Karra alot of us stay on phase 1 longer and some only 2 weeks it is really gonna be up to you and how you feel. I'm on a phase 1.5. You'll see alot of us chicks on the 1.5 phase. tee-hee Not fully to 2 but not totally one either. I've been on SBD for about 2.5 months now and I love it. Sounds like your ready to hit the beach chick!
