Great job on staying OP today GB!! You can log you daily eatig on the weekly food log and it really helps to track thinsg and to see what others are eating as well. Just have another sf jello or also something with alot of fat if you get sugar cravings, you need to train your body not to crave sugar so I usually get a piece of cheese and eat it if i am craving sugar or some olives. Not sure about the average weight loss.

I found fetta cheese cubes fantastic for snacking...so salty and creamy!
I was also shocked that cooked butternut pumpkin tastes like candy to me now!

A: Where's your lunch??
B: Where's MORE veggies?
C: If you're on induction you're "technically" supposed to have jello
